Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GarudHub Development for your web development needs. We strive to deliver the highest quality of work.

1. Web Development Projects

For our web development services, payments are structured in milestones as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract. A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. Subsequent payments are due upon completion of predefined milestones.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you decide to cancel the project before work has begun, we will refund the deposit minus a processing fee. Once work has commenced, any payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel during an active milestone, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Digital Products & Source Code

Due to the nature of digital products and source code, purchases are strictly non-refundable once delivered. We provide comprehensive support to help you set up and use the digital products. A refund is only applicable if the provided code does not work as advertised, and such a claim must be made within 3 hours of the purchase time.

4. Hosting and Maintenance

Subscriptions for hosting or ongoing maintenance services can be cancelled at any time. However, we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle. Access to the service will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Client Satisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a particular deliverable, please communicate your concerns during the review phase. We will work diligently to address your feedback within the scope of the original agreement.
